pressing of glass
 

I am doing analysis of prssing of glass using Fluent. i am getting more pressure values at the end of the process i.e. when the plunger reaches to required posaition. can u please suggest me how to overcome that problem.

what are the boundary conditions i have to apply?

can u please suggest me about UDF which is used to move the plunger from it's loading position to final position.
