Do you know how come I can measured the exact height of solar chimney? how long it can be and does the height have any effect on the performance of chimney?
Cheers

The exact height of the Solar Chimney is measured from the lowest point of the absorber cover to the top of the chimney stack.

The height can be as high as the stucter can hold it. There was a plane to build a solar chimney 1 km in Australia but the project has been suspended. The reason they want to build it so tall is that the performance has a positive correlation to the height. You can imagine this because the driving force of the air is bouancy.
