question about a CFD test right or wrong
 

Hi all,

We are planning to do an experiment to decide the air flow rate from the automotive air conditionning. Due to the experiment equipment restriction, we devide the test procedures to the following two steps:
1. Close the air conditionning, and all doors and windows, turn on a front side windown, and put an air inlet pipe on the window. A carboard is used to sear the rest region , only allowing the inlet to the caibn. Put a static pressure sensor on above the back seats area. And control the inlet flow rate to different values to get different static pressure of the sensor place. Then get a Pressre-flow rate curve.

2. Then seal the inlet of the front side window, and turn on the air condionning, with the sensor, got a static pressure value, combining the pressure-flow rate curve gotten in the step 1 and get the air condtionning flow rate.

I think there are some error about the air conditionning flow rate gotten in this way? What do you think?
