Dear friends, I am trying to solve a problem of transient 3D heat conduction with heat source in cylindrical coordinates. However the system under consideration is composed of a cylinder and inside this cylinder a cube exist. This cube has a thermal propeties of course different from that of the outer cylinder. I used in the discertization of the equation a finite differences scheme. Supposing the real cube as a cylinder i got very good results. However i cannot succeed to solve the real system. Is it possible to sole such a problem. If yes what kind of modification I have to do in order to solve it. Thank you in advance for the precious time you deserve to my question. Respectfully yours Cherif
