Heat exchangers and Microchannel coils
 

Hi everyone!

What is the best software for thermo-fluid analysis of heat exchangers and microchannel coils. I am looking for calculation of pressure drop through the coil and thermal and fluid analysis of air passing through the coil.

Hi MM,

I guess it really depends on what level of design you want to achieve, how much you are prepared to pay for software, how soon you need the answers & most importantly for CFD in this application - are pretty pictures more important than an accurate working design?
