Hello Guys
Since the LES applies a spacial filter to resolve the governig equation of the flow (u= [u]+u'), the velocity values that I get from the flow field are the istantaneous value (u) or the mean velocity value ([u])?

are the istantaneous values of the filtered velocity, you solve always for filtered variable that are time-dependent

The Values Are Istantaneous?!
And How I Can Calculate The RMS Velocity Profile In LES Simulation?

you have to compute the statistical average from the LES solution, that implies you save a sufficient number of 3D velocity fields sample at suitable time and then implement the post-processing.

Note that, by a formal point of view, the statistics of LES are not exactly those extracted from DNS or computed from RANS
