AUSM+ method at the sonic point -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Ardalan Member Ardalan Join Date: Feb 2010 Location: Baku Posts: 50 Rep Power: 16	I am solving 1d nozzle flow using ausm+ method the results show a expansion shock at the throat (sonic point) Is this normal? by refining grid size, this unphysical shock diminishes. but in the paper figure, using the same number of meshes, there is not any jump at the throat. I'm really confused.
