I am unable to solve this. while INITIALISING it is giving error as Error: cx-set-real-entry: wta[2](float) Error Object: nan

Check your boundary conditions completely. Check the scalar values as well as the vector directions.

Try to use serial processing. Maybe this operation will solve this problem.
