Dear Friends,
I want simulate the compressible supersonic jet in Laval tube by CFD. I have used the standard k-e, realizable k-e, standard k-w and sst k-w turbulent model, but the simulation results of the above turbulence models were all different. Can someone tell me which turbulence model I should choose?
I really hope to get reply!

please let me know:

1- Did you use standard formulation of the turbulence models mentioned or a revised formulation which considers compressibilty effects of fluid flow? Generally in reference text books incompressible turbulence models are formulated.

2- what do you expect of the results and how the turbulence models are different in their predictions? are there some unrealistic results?

The SST model is known to perform well for these flows. However, there may be newer models which give improved predictions. I would suggest you do perform a literature search over the past 6-8 years on similar simulations and then decide on the model.
