I need to generate H-grid type around an airfoil in ICEM. I am not sure how should i put blocking around my airfoil. Can anyone help me with that please. Thanks in advance.

Unless it's an airfoil with a sharp leading edge, I'm not sure that an H-grid is the right way to do this? A C-grid embedded in an H-grid is more likely to work. To do this you basically have to split the main block into nine small ones, delete (move to VORFN) the one in the middle, and build a C-topology in its place.
