QUICK scheme

Hi
Can anyone write the QUICK scheme for TWO-dimensional space?

The Versteeg's book describe it for 1D.

QUICK is applied to tensor product grids, so the 1D formulation is just applied to each coordinate direction independently. East, West, EastOfEast, WestOfWest, etc. just become North, South, NorthOfNorth, SouthOfSouth when interpolating to the top and bottom cell faces. The same goes for 3D applications.

well, that is not enterly correct...Leonard proposed a fully multidimensional implementation using suitable upwinded flow regions for the quadratic interpolation.
