I would like to model bubble generation during vibratory cavitation process. In a vibratory cavitation, a vertical solid rod immersed inside a fluid(water) oscillates at very high frequency ( 20 kHz) at an amplitude of 100 micrometer, which results in generation of bubbles at the tip. The bubble moves (accelerate) and collide on to a wall close to the tip.
Can I get any infn on what is the bubble size and how many bubbles forms during oscillation.. Kindly suggest the way forward to model this phenomenon in CFX. |
