Imlplementing Real Gas Effect in compressbl solver

Hi I needed some help in implementing real gas effects in a compressible (NS) CFD solver. I will outline my approach. I have generated a database, that gives me gamma and Cp as a function of temperature and pressure. The correctness of this database to capture the physics of a hypersonic flow problem is validated, however, Ia m unable to implement it into my solver successfully. When I invoke or recall this database, a sudden abrupt fluctuation is observed in temperature, pressure and densities?

Can someone help me how to correct this problem????
