Dear all,
I have two faceted surfaces resulting of STL files. I would like to average it to get a single midsurface. By using the Geometry/Surface/Midsurface function of ICEM I get this messages: Topology tolerance used: 0.08 Creating midsurfaces for family "GEOM". 2 non-parametric surfaces skipped. 2 broken surfaces skipped. No candidates found. If you know how to solve it, or if you know another way to do it in Catia or SolidWorks, it would be helpful. Best |

You might try selecting the surfaces manually, rather than having ICEM search on its own.
How far apart are the surfaces? |
