I tried a several ways ,from changing the mesh size to the initiation condition(with high temperature and high pressure or a detonation calculated by CEA).
My question is that is the reaction model I used right?
Does someone give me some advice?
Thank you.

In my opinion, it is better for you, to do some 1D detonation test cases first, to see how accurate your code is! Maybe the way you implement the combustion model and source term has got problem and you missing something, and even the initial condition can be the reason sometimes as well!
