Hi all;

I have a problem & I should generate random angles in injetion area using gaussian distribution function & monte carlo method.

Average angle is 35 degree. Variance is 10 degree.Maximum limit angle is 47 degree. Minimum limit angle is 0 degree.

I have two question with this case. 1-Which function do I need in order to get random numbers as input and give a random angle as function output?Can someone give this relation up?

2-Is there a function in Fortran programing to implement random generation numbers between 0 & 1?

Thanks a lot for any help. Asghari
