Abt a consant pressure boundary condition

I am solving an internal explosion flow in a water-filled cylinder. In an experiment, both top and bottom are sealed by a plastic plate. One replaced that with a constant pressure B.C. Unfortunately, I have not heard about that B.C. Does anyone hear this kind of B.C? If so, could you let me know how to impose this to my problems?
