Default development length of a laminar microflow

how can i calculate the development length in microflows

the Re=1 diameter of pipe= 0.0002m p=1000 kg/m u (meu) 1e-3 velocity = 5e-3

i have read that in microflows the development length is not laways which is calculated why is that
