Default Boundary Conditions for Turb. Energy + Dissipation

Hi,

for my master thesis I want to simulate a partially premixed burner flame. The program I deal with, uses the k-eps-Model for modeling the reynold stresses. Now I am trying to find an approach for the boundary conditions of the Turbulent Energy and its' Dissipation Rate at the burner outlet. How is it possible to determine this BCs? All I have is the measured axial velocity component of the flow at the burner outlet.

Thank you.
