Missing pages, Anderson J.D. Jr.
 

I am new to CFD. In fact I have just graduated as a Systems Engineer and was trying to read "Computational fluid dynamics- The basics with applications" by Anderson J.D.Jr.

The problem I ran into was the all the books that I found on the Internet have the same problem: They jump from page 50 to 55! I would like to read that part and would appreciate it if someone could provide me with the missing pages.
