Dear Friends
I am trying to follow the tutorial as mentioned in the pdf ( http://www.me.metu.edu.tr/courses/me...20Cylinder.pdf )...but there are 2problems occure My case study is " Unsteady flow over cylinder" 1. during mesh.. warning is " Edge(s) with local min size less than global min size has been defeatured. Please consider use different meshing parameters to preserve features if needed" 2nd error when i applied the boundary condition i.e. inlet=80m/s, wall=shear stree=0, outlet=pressure 0, and cylinder no slip when i try to solve it show error "Divergence detected in AMG solver" the 2nd error is already discussed in forum, but i couldnt find the answer. and still have the same problem...need urgent help Thanks to all friends in advance for consideration and time. Best Regards Niaz |

When I uncheck the "axissymmetric model" and use " 2D plannar" option...then the solution starts but the result is very different from the turtorial.....
