hi everyone
which one is more important in converging process? residuals or stability of residuals? for example our continuity residual is considered 10e-6, after some iterations , the residual reaches to 10e-6. Is this residual enough for stopping process or we have to continue iterations to reach stability? |

residuals monitor the change between sucessive iterations. when the residual is very small it means your solution is not changing, its a mathematical convergence but to deterime if you have obtained a correct physical solution you need to look at more information.
