baldwin lomax turbulence model
 

The Baldwin Lomax turbulence model deals with normal distance from the wall. I'd like to apply this turbulence model behind an airfoil in transonic flow. how can I apply this turbulence model?

The usual practice is to take the normal distance to wall. This is easy with structured grids because you need the velocity profile to determine some boundary layer quantities. Refer to some book on CFD or turbulence modeling. However you would be better off using a differential equation-based model.
