i want to run ISAAC on windows Xp but i can't

i extracted these two file : isaacmk.4_2.tar.gz isaacsrc.4_2.tar.gz

and i started the Compaq visual FORTRAN professional edition 6.1.0, adding all file in all subdirectories.

1.how can i start program ? 2. how can i reed input file ? 3.when i build the program it write these message : io.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _FDS@24 Debug/main.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals Error executing link.exe.

what can i do ?
