Hi!
I'm writting a code for solving the 2D and 3D Euler equations of compressible flow. I'm interested in steady state solutions and I have problems with the oscillations. Naca0012 was choiced as test example and the computation state is ma=0.8,alpha=1.25. The numerical flux is HLLC. I found that very strong spurious oscillations occur at shock wave. Then,I used slope limiter to limit the oscillations ,the oscillations was restricted perfectly ,the shock wave can captured by three points . But the limit need the function is linear,so I don't know how to apply the limiter to more high-order DG ,e.g. (p2,p3,&hellip,and I don't know whether the limit can adapt to 3D DG . Who can give me some suggestion about the limiter or provide new limiter. Many thanks!
