Nasa rvcq3d

G'day,
I'm looking for some help with NASA'a RVCQ3D code regarding the omega input. The users manual that they provide for RVCQ3D states that the rotational parameter is defined as: Omega = (Wheel speed in rad/s)/c0. However, when using this equation, the output from the code gives the incorrect inlet conditions that my blade is design for. I have to increase the calculated value from 0.663 to approximately 0.775 in order to obtain the correct inlet conditions i'm looking for.
So i guess my overall question is: is the given equation in the manual correct, or should it be calculated another way? I've searched everywhere to find others work in order to back-calculate their omega values but haven't gotten anywhere. Any help would be fantastic!

Dan
