Simple structured grid
 

Does anybody know any reference about 3D structured grid generation in simple cubic domains? It's the simplest structured grid someone could think and I'm particularly interested in the formation law for the point ids.

A domain with many cubes or just one? For one cube with M*N*P points, just number the nodes (i*N+j)*P+k. Maybe I don't understand your question.
