Default how to convert unit of the radioactive liquid effluent

Dear friends

i want to calculate the conc. of the liquid effluent i do not know the unit conversion ,these are the two radioactive liquid effluent
vol is given in m3 (17551 )and tritium 3.12 TBq
i want to know in volume fraction ?
