udf inlet velocity 3d

Hello to everybody in the forum!
I'm trying to simulate a 3d cabin section with periodic square wave signal inlet velocity as shown in attached file.

all i need is a****** udf ****for the design flow
the integral equal 60s
amplitude 0.5m/s

can somebody help me?
