experiences with DES for liquid flows?

hey,

i am working on a detached eddy simulation for a windscreen wiper nozzle, but i canīt find any experiences with DES for liquid flows. all the DES simulations i find something about are dealing with kompressible flows. why? do you know any references for DES with liquid flows or do you have any experiences with that?? the geometry of the nozzle i am working on is kind of complex, and the flow is unsteady. i have done some RANS modeling for the same geometry, but though i have no experience with DES it is not so obvious for me where to define the grid coarser and where not. do you think it makes sence to do an DES?

thanks a lot for answers

cheers

jan
