how do i find out the Reynolds number based on taylor scale? what are the data necessary for it?

if the grid size is 512x512x512, how do i get the taylor length scale, viscosity, dissipation term?

in some papers, it says, the value for the 32x32x32 simulation with Re=10E8, the Re_lambda=54.3? can some one tell me how is it obtained before starting the cfd simulation work?

please help me
