k-e model limitations

Default k-e model limitations

Hi ,

I am facing convergence problem while simulating one case with k-e model.Are there any limitations of k-e model?

Actually it would be much better if you could specify ,what kind of simulation ,you trying to do .

Hi Pratika,

I am studying velocity distribution in a room having diamensions 9 m lenght 3m height and the room has about 20cm opeing at top for inlet and and about 15 cm opening at bottom for the outlet.

Hi,

Is your system a forced convection or natural convection , What are you interested to obtain or what is the final goal of your simulation
