validating

Hi I had an analyze on an airfoil. Because I wanted to valid my CFD I first analyzed a same airfoil witch I had its experimental results. I want to know that because the model witch I have its experimental results was smaller(1/4) of the main airfoil, how can I make a relationship between the meshes of the tow airfoil? For example the size of the mesh on the airfoil, its height and so on. thanks.

fourth order convective scheme in stagggered grids

Hi I'm a worker direct numerical simulation of turbulence in P.R.China. These days I read Morinishi's paper " Fully conservative higher order finite difference schemes for incompressible flow, J. Comput. Phys. 143 (1998)" and found the schemes proposed in his paper are very popular . I am interested in the fourth order accurate convective scheme in a staggered grid .However, I have some problem with equation 101 of Morinishi's paper. I try to derive the discrete formula of Eq.101 and write it in my code. Unfortunately, I found kinetic energy increase with time! I checked my code for several times and it works well when the convective term is discreted by second order schemes which is also proposed in Morinishi's paper. I think may be I have derive the Eq.101 into discrete form wrongly. So could any one please give me some advice on how to derive the discrete form of the convective term in a right way
