gambit flexible grading

Default gambit flexible grading

I am working through a tutorial that tells me to set the MESH.EDGE.FLEXIBLE_GRADING default variable to 1. However, when I go to Edit >> Defaults, under the meshing tag, there is no flexible grading default to change. Does anyone know where I can find it?
