Default Mach number

Sometimes I could not see the choice 'Mach Number' from Contour of Velocity when Contour plotting. It would be very much appreciated if anyone could give me a suggestion. Thank you so much.

Yes, sometime I donīt see either...

They say only the chosen one can see!
