You need to put it in a loop and repeat the cycles untill converges. I wrote it in a new version of Fortran (fortran 95, or 2003). You need to use recursive subroutine (not exist in fortran 77). It can be V-cycle or W cycle, based on your parameter. If gamma=1 , it will be V cycle, 2 or more, will be W. Because of some copyright restrictions, I am not allowed to send the code. But if you have any problem, pls feel free to ask.
