FVM axial symmetry

Hello,

Since the extra terms that arise in the momentum equations in cylindrical coordinates are associated with the azimuthal direction, is it correct that the FVM discretization of the axisymmetrical equations will be equal to the cartesian discretization except for the variable control-volume area?

Can you please provide your e-mail id, I will mail you whatever I get in this regard.. Actually i have a very good link, I found today.. it is based on the usage of FVM in tube flow, using dicretisation of equations in cylindrical coordinates.. I have the link in the history, i will find it out and mail it to you, so if u need, send me a mail.. Regards, shubham
