Default steady RANS for flow problem with unsteady inlet?
Posts: n/a

A newbie question...

How can I check if I'm allowed to use a steady k-e RANS turbulence model when I have a a flow problem in which the inlet temperature varies sinusoidally?

Which frequencies are relevant and how do I calculate these?
