Default help to learn CFD

hi everyone... i`m doin mechanical engg.i have no prior knowledge of CFD but i want to use CFD analysis to model turbulence in IC engines as a part of my mini project...preferably ansys-fluent package.pl. tel me how to go about it... do i have to master the whole theoretical and mathematical part of CFD to start off.. or can i learn d basics and then move on to software simulation...i have good knowledge of fluid mech and thermodynamics....so wat do i do? pl. pl. pl. someone help!!!

The trouble is that "modeling turbulence in an IC engine" sounds more like a PhD than an undergraduate mini-project. CFD really doesn't get much tougher than that.

Do not be discouraged by talk about the complexity of your request. I also am new to this game, but the big shots need to help more than they do.
