Thermal fully developed length

I am trying to simulate flow in pipe ,
B.C are inlet velocity , outlet pressure and constant wall temperature then constant wall flux.
For T=const. ,How can i determine the thermal length? Is it at dt/dx=0
For q=const. ,How can i determine the thermal length? Is it at dtheta/dx=0, as theta is the dimensionless temperature.
