mesh of gambit

when i try to make mesh a geometry (solar air heater with fin) in gambit,i use boundray layer and when i make mesh one face this error appeares that boundry nodes on face x do not form logical cube, what is mean??why cant i mesh geometry?

This may be a stupid question and I apologize for asking it, but are the surfaces enclosing a volume? Was the volume created?
