I want to keep the pressure of 24 mpa constant throughout..
under mass flow inlet..
what should be initial gauge pressure?
under pressure outlet..
what should be gauge pressure?
under operating conditions..
what should be the operating pressure?

I assume you are solving incompressible gas? I can help you if you provide me which fluid you are using.

You need to tune the outlet pressure to get correct inlet pressure. Start with better guess using isotropic relations. If you are using fluent use pressure inlet and pressure outlet with target mass flow rate.

im using super critical water..
all the properties are user defined
and it is compressible fluid.. there is a variation in density theoretically
