Hi All,
I'm keen to hear any suggestions on which software is most suitable for my need. I'm working to model a transient 1D thermo-fluid (air) network (please see attached of rough sketch), that comprise of dynamic pressure sources, valves, duct, bend, and a turbine. The system needs to include the compressibility and inertial effects. Given the transient pressures and loss valve coefficients, I'd like to know the followings: (1) Volumetric flow rate and power of the turbine; and (2) given the cell volumetric flow rate, I'd like to know the power loss to friction in duct and power loss in turbine. Thanks for your time and attention. Regards, Robert |
