Eulerian film thickness on rotating disc

Hi all,

I am developing a 3D model of an oil jet on a rotating disc. My aim is to find the impingement oil film thickness on the disc.
I use VOF multi-phase model. I enabled surface tension force modelling with the options of continuum surface stress and wall adhesion with constant surface tension. I also enabled Eulerian wall film model.
I run the model, and results show that oil hits the disc as the fraction of oil on the disc wall is higher than 0.5. However, Eulerian film thickness contour on disc surface is completely zero. It should be at least a very thin layer of oil on that. I am sure that there is a mistake(s) in defining models parameters.
Could you please let me know how can I get right results.
Many thanks
