Initializing Velocity!!!

Hello everyone,
I am trying to simulate decaying homogeneous isotropic turbulence in which I want my initial condition for velocity to be zero i.e gradient of velocity is zero. How do I create this random velocity field in all three directions?? Any help will be much appreciated  .Thank you. |
