redONE is on a distinguished road
I'm trying to generate a turbulent inflow boundary condition.

I ran an auxiliary HIT for approximately three eddy turnover times 3*λ/u′ to ensure that the turbulence is fully developed and realistic.

Now, I want to use the fields of velocity obtained at this instant as Inlet BC using Taylor’s frozen turbulence hypothesis.

How can I transform U(x,y,z,t=3*λ/u′) to U_inlet(t,y,z) using Taylor's hypothesis ?

Thanks in advance.
