Velocity profile between teo flat plates from velocity profile of annulus

Hi.
Does anyone know how to convert the velocity profile in an annulus to velocity profile between two flat plates? While in annulus, small radius is R1 and large one is R2 and the origin is at the center of the cylinders. When the small radius increases to ~R2 we have two flat plates where the origin is at the middle of the small gap (R2-R1=2H). |
