High Head Low Flow Centrigugal Pumps Design

Hi,
I am having trouble designing a high head low flow centrifugal pump with a certain power limit. What parameters will help obtain high efficiency?
A few parameters
1. Speed of the motor
2. No. of blades
3. Inlet and exit angles
4. Specific Speed
5. Exit width

For example, I am trying 25-40 (ft-usgpm)- speed 3600rpm, Specific Speed-2200- no. of blades-7, wrap-110, angle- 26 at inlet and 27.5 at outlet. dia 55mm, exit width-12mm, eye dia-30mm.
With these parameters the pump efficiency is barely reaching 60 % and also flow separation on the suction side.
What changes to the above parameters can improve the present design.

Thanks in advance

Regards
Rokson

Hello, could I know which solver didi you use and how you set the interface of rotor and stator? Thanks a lot!!
