no slip wall condition

I want to numerically simulate drilling mud(a power law fluid) flowing inside a well.
for each node, I have 3 equations (continuity,z-comp motion, r-comp motion) which mean I also need 3 equations on boundaries.
on wall boundary condition I know vr and vz must be set to zero but I do not know what is 3rd equation on the wall.
can anybody help me?
best regards

the mass flux has zero normal component on a not-permeable wall, otherwise a permeable wall requires to know an additional condition on the flux

i set this condition(vr=0) and vz=0
I'm looking for 3rd condition on the wall

I do not understand, you need to prescribe the BC for each one of the 3 equations ....
