Dynamic mesh failed. Negative cell volume detected
 

hi this is sourajit. I am currently solving water tank sloshing problem due to seismic waves, using an UDF file for the moving wall.

After calculation with time step 0.001 and no of time step 200, almost after 0.03secs dynamic mesh error displays itself and calculation stops. What is the possible reason for this error? And how can I solve it?
I have surfed the net to realize that it is because of some meshing errors. can anyone pls post the mesh parameters to avoid it. My tank is 100mm dia and 150mm height.
